Things are humming along here at Susabean Studios since the move over the summer into Providence, Rhode Island. I have launched a new line of greeting cards, with my card division, "Look Who's Squawking!" -- -- and which are being offered for sale at the (wonderful!) store, "Paper, Packaging and Panache" in Bristol Rhode Island. The big news is that my new studio is set up -- I am delirious with joy! Shelves -- lots of them! -- to
store all that paper, all those pencils and markers, all that glue. Everything at the proverbial fingertips. And to make things even better, I have taken over the Ping Pong table -- so I get to spread out all that ART. Very Fun.

It has been a busy few months! First, I would like to thank my son, Scott, for helping his sometimes technologically challenged mother put together this website! I am delighted to be up and running!

September was spent preparing for “Imagination: The World of Children’s Illustration” an exhibit held at The University of Rhode Island’s Feinstein Campus in Downtown Providence. I enjoyed being able to participate.
Opening night was a great opportunity to connect with family and friends and to meet many of the other artists.
